Als ich von meiner kleinen Fototour wiederkam, hat es in der Wohnung schon nach Essen gerochen.
Ich bin dem Geruch gefolgt und bin in der Kuche gelandet.
Die Danbos waren gerade dabei eine leckere Suppe mit viel Gemuse zu kochen.
D. hat das Gemuse geschnitten und Danbo hat es gewaschen und in die Schussel getan.
Sie sagten bei dem Wetter muss man sich starken und viele Vitamine zu sich nehmen, damit man nicht krank wird.
Klasse, ich muss also nichtmehr kochen :) Wenn die Suppe so schmeckt wie es hier riecht dann wird die Suppe super kostlich schmecken!

Wollte heute eigentlich gar kein Danbo Bild machen, aber das bot sich gerade irgendwie an ;)
Wollte das Bild eigentlich mit meinem 50mm Objektiv machen, aber ich habs nicht gefunden..

When I came back from my little photo tour, the apartment smelled like food.
I followed the smell and I ended up in the kitchen.
The Danbos were about to cook a delicious soup with vegetables.
D. cut the vegetables and Danbo washed them and put them into a bowl.
They said in this weather you have to take lots of vitamins and to strengthen yourself, that you won't get sick.
Great, I don't have to cook now! :) If the soup tastes like it smells.. the soup will taste super delicious!

I didn't want to do a Danbo pic today but somehow i had to... Wanted to shoot the picture with my 50mm lens but i couldn't find it.

Step 6:
-Depending on thickness, cooking times will vary from 1.5 minutes to 2.5 minutes per side.
-You want a nice char but don't want to burn it. This one has great grill marks and a little over charring on the side, but is fine with me.
-It is very important that once the meat touches the grill DON'T move it until it is time to turn it over. Also don't prod and poke the meat... it's working its magic!

-After both sides have cooked for 1.5 to 2.5 minutes, close the bottom vent to about 1 inch open and put the black control vent on top of the Green Egg. Move steak to the edge of grill or a place that is not directly over a flame.

-I aim for Medium Rare/Medium on my steaks so the steak will now cook for an additional 3 minutes.

1.5 + 1.5 + 3 = Medium for a 1.25 inch thick Strip Steak.
