Red Cooking Wines

Step 3 - Meat Bath!!
I browned the beefs and sauteed the veg at about 6:30am before I went off to my secret identity job.
They were left in the roaster with crushed tomatoes, beef stock, my secret blend of herbs and spices and a bottle of Cabby Sauvarooni at 275 F while I was at work, so a total of about 8 or 9 hours.
Slow cook + tasty fluids = ALL-ENCOMPASSINGLY AWESOME BEEFS
Trader Joe's Cab
Trader Joe's brand cabernet. Used it for making sangria. I took a gulp before we used it. Smooth, but not very tasty.
